Come check out the first of a series of cooking classes hosted by our community partner Il Punto Italian Cultural Center of Seattle. Leeann Tesorieri will walk you through pasta dishes from Emilia Romagna: renown among Italians as the best food in Italy! Learn to make Gnocchi di Patate, Tagliatelle con Ragù Bolognese, Strozzapreti con Funghi, Stricchetti con Prosciutto e Spinaci. Enjoy what you make for dinner the same night. Wine and Prosecco or other beverages are available to complement your feast.
